ぱっと思いつくのは使用者数か。

6：00起床
起床後ルーティンをして、
昨日の杯盤狼藉の残骸の片付けから。
最近はモーニングメソッドの前に家事タスクをこなすことが多い。
そのほうがギリギリまでモーニングメソッドができるからだ。
台所の片付けに風呂掃除。
ごはんのセット。
モーニングメソッドも充実してできた。
フィットボクシングも。
真剣にやると10分でも汗かくな。
アウトプット中にかみさんと娘っ子が起きる。
朝食、と行きたいところだが、歯医者の定期健診。
ちょっと水がしみるか？
問題はないそう。
ちょっと安心。
帰宅後おそめの朝食。
さらに珈琲時間。
家族時間のあとに昼寝。
1時間くらい娘っ子とぐーすか。
そのあと、かみさんと娘っ子はママ友と室内プールへ。
これ幸いと家の換気と掃除。
トイレ掃除にコンロ周りの掃除。
風が強く冷たいので外回りはパス。
掃除が一区切りついたら珈琲時間。

そのあと万年筆で遊んだり、
